Hands-On Delivery

We build it, you own it, and your AI runs it.

Human Context figures out the right technology mix for your business. We start by understanding how you work, what you know, and where your time is going. Then we keep what works, replace what doesn't, and connect everything so your AI can manage the routine while you focus on the parts of your business that need a human touch. Each engagement delivers something concrete you own outright. You can hand it off to anyone (a team member, a contractor, whoever) or continue working with us as your business evolves.

What we build:

Websites

Your site, on infrastructure you own, managed by talking to your AI. No more waiting for the web guy. No more paying $30/month for a CMS you touch twice a year. Total hosting cost: $0.

Workflow and process automation

The repetitive work that eats your evenings and weekends: data entry between systems, lead follow-up sequences, scheduling coordination, report generation. We build AI-managed workflows shaped to your specific operations, so the routine stuff happens without you touching it.

CRM and lead management

Customer data in a database you own, connected to your AI so it knows your customers, your history, your pricing. Leads come in from your website, get qualified, and land in your CRM without you copying and pasting between tabs.

Business system integration

Your scheduling software, your accounting system, your existing tools, connected through a context layer that lets your AI work across all of them coherently.

Knowledge capture and documentation

The business logic in your head, made explicit. Your pricing rules, your escalation process, how you handle returns, your seasonal patterns. Documented so your AI can operate within it, and so your business doesn't fall apart when you take a vacation.

Education

AI for the rest of us.

A progressive curriculum for professionals and business owners who can see AI changing how work gets done but haven't found their entry point, or who've tried it and found it too generic to stick. Each course changes the mode of interaction, not just the depth -- built from how the facilitator actually learned to work with AI over 18+ months.

The progression:

COURSE 1
Free 60-90 minutes

How the Rest of Us Can Use AI

Most people are using AI like a search engine -- or not at all. This session reframes what AI actually is, shows what's possible beyond asking questions, and gives everyone a concrete first step to try that week. Talk and discussion.

COURSE 2
Paid 90 minutes

Using the Right AI for the Job

Most people have found one tool and use it for everything. This session maps what different AI capabilities actually do well -- thinking partners, quick search, deep research, image creation, document production -- and shows how the power is in diverse tools working together. Demonstration-heavy.

COURSE 3
Paid 2 hours

Partnering with AI to Do Better Work

There's a fundamental difference between asking AI a question and working alongside it on a problem. This session makes partnership tangible -- collaborating on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in your actual workspace. Participants also configure their AI preferences so it works their way. Workshop with hands-on exercises.

COURSE 4
Paid 90 minutes

Getting Personal with Your AI

Every AI conversation starts from scratch. The good thinking you do together disappears when the session ends. This course introduces the second brain concept: capturing your knowledge, decisions, and context so your AI gets smarter about you over time. Demonstration and guided setup.

Advisory

AI-enabled product operating models for service-based businesses.

For mid-market companies where software enables the service, and the real work happens away from a screen. Places where you can't move fast and break things because operations depend on what you build.

We help leadership teams figure out who decides what, how information flows, and how AI fits into the way people already work, as a capability woven into the operating model.

What this looks like:

Diagnostic work

When something feels stuck. Product decisions are slow, priorities keep shifting, teams aren't aligned, and AI initiatives add complexity without adding clarity.

Foundational engagements

When you're building the product operating model from scratch. Customer context, decision workflows, AI integration strategy, and the operating rhythm that makes it consistent.

Fractional partnership

When you need someone who's done this before embedded in the work while your team builds the capability to own it.

Track record:

Human Context is built on deep experience doing this work. I spent 10.5 years at Charter/Spectrum building the platforms and product teams that connected business operations to customer experience across 65,000+ business customers. Before that, I built product at IQNavigator (workforce management) and Arrow Electronics (distribution).

More recently, a consulting engagement with MeasuringU building product team decision frameworks and role clarity, which is the same work at a different scale.

The thread across all of it: capturing the context that makes systems work together and teams make better decisions. That's what we do at Human Context, whether the engagement is a ten-person service business or a mid-market company scaling past founder-led decisions.
